Cooley Mountains Heather Honey *Limited Stock*

Cooley Mountains Heather Honey was collected by my bees during August / September. This is a dark, rich honey with a destinctive aroma. As this was my first year setting up an apiary in the Mountains there is only a limited stock available.

Research from Trinity College in 2018 showed Irish Heather Honey had comparable health benefits to that of Manuka Honey.
