Main Summer Harvest

Main Summer Harvest is produced by the bees during June and July. This is the main honey harvest of the year, a delicate mild floral honey, light in colour and packed full of flavour, a favourite among honey lovers. My bees are free to forage in the surrounding countryside so each batch can differ slightly in flavour. Main Summer Harvest is collected by the bees from mainly Clover, Blackberry and Thistle flowers.
